We have taken the vintners professional nitrogen preservation system and made it consumer friendly! The secret is our patented nozzle. Simply invert the can of preserver over the unfinished bottle , the nozzle will be inserted into the neck of the bottle, press down 3 times and the oxygen will be gently forced out of the bottle though the special channels on the nozzle (nitrogen is heavier than oxygen) while a protective preservative blanket of nitrogen covers the surface of the wine. Recork your wine with a non-porous cork and you will be able to enjoy that bottle more than once! Preserves and protects opened bottles for days, weeks, even months!
