We have taken the vintners professional nitrogen preservation system and made it consumer friendly! The secret is our patented nozzle. Simply invert the can of preserver over the unfinished bottle , the nozzle will be inserted into the neck of the bottle,  press down 3 times and the oxygen will be gently forced out of the bottle though the special channels on the nozzle (nitrogen is heavier than oxygen) while a protective preservative blanket of nitrogen covers the surface of the wine. Recork your wine with a non-porous cork and you will be able to enjoy that bottle more than once! Preserves and protects opened bottles for days, weeks, even months! Works on any liquid foodstuff harmed by oxidation.   Perfect for olive oils and infused vinegars.  We recommend recorking with our    "Royal BottleStoppers"    for an airtight seal.
